Who: Rising Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Young 6th Graders
What: Intraleague cheerleaders will learn dance routines and many cheers. They will cheer on the sideline for eight football games, each including a halftime performance with basic stunts, playoff games, and the championship game. They will also perform in the ACYA Opening Ceremonies and Homecoming events.
Where: Mustang and Colts Fields at Murphey Candler Park
When: Practice begins August 12, and regular season begins with Opening Ceremonies on August 26. Regular season includes eight weeks of practice and games followed by a bowl game and playoffs. Practice is held on Mondays from 6:00-7:00pm. Games are one set evening per week, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 5:30pm, depending on squad assignment. All cheerleaders must attend a uniform fitting prior to the season.
Cost: $260 plus a $60 uniform fee. Receive $50 off with early registration prior to May 1. If you already have a uniform, you do not need to purchase an additional one.
Registration: Registration is open March 1st through August 1st with an early registration discount prior to May 1st. When available spaces are filled, registrants will be added to a waitlist. Should spaces remain after July 1st, a late registration fee of $50 will be assessed.
