FLAG FOOTBALL (K – 2nd GRADE)
2024 LEAGUE STRUCTURE / INFORMATION
ACYA offers two leagues – a Kindergarten/1st Grade league and a 2nd Grade league (NOTE: kids in 1st and 2nd grade also have the option to play Pee Wee tackle football).
ACYA provides team jerseys and flags. Jerseys are kept by athlete at end of season.
2024 REGISTRATION FEES
$175, with a $50 late fee added for registrations after August 1st.
Note: consistent with prior years, once league number caps are reached, any new registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
2024 SCHEDULE
- August 15th – Coaches Meeting (6:30pm at Colt Field)
- August 16th – Coaches should communicate with teams.
- August 19th – Practice #1 (5:30 – 7:00)
- August 26th – Practice #2 (5:00 – 6:00) – OPENING CEREMONIES
- September 2nd – Labor Day – no games
- September 9th – Game #1 (5:30 – 7:00)
- September 16th – Game #2 (5:30 – 7:00)
- September 23rd – Game #3 (5:30 – 7:00)
- September 30th – Game #4 (5:30 – 7:00)
- October 7th– Game #5 (5:30 – 7:00)
- October 14th – Fall Break - No games.
- October 21st – Game #6 (5:30 – 7:00) K/1st Flag Homecoming
- October 28th– Game #7 (5:30 – 7:00) 2nd Flag Homecoming - Family Night
- November 2nd - Flag Bowl (9am – 12pm)
