DAY ONE - 6:30 - 8:30pm - Each player needs to check in & sign required football & COVID-19 liability waivers. - Record weight of each player. - Perform shuttle run, broad jumps, 30/40 yard sprints, corner box drill, 3 cone pro drill. - Separate larger kids & skilled kids into groups. DAY TWO (HELMET ONLY) - 6:30 - 8:30pm - 3 point stance, dummies work (high knees, front & side) - Block drill, tackling dummies skill drills for RB-WR-QB - Lots of conditioning DAY THREE (FULL PADS) - 6:30 - 8:30pm - Basics to include tackle & Sumo training drills - More conditioning
