Intra-League Tackle Football:

Recreational tackle football for 1st to 7th graders
No experience necessary
Evaluations begin in late July, followed by a draft in early August
All practices and games are played at Murphey Candler Park.
ACYA supplies team jersey, shoulder pads and helmet
Any 7th grader invited to play for the Colts will not be eligible to play in the Intra-League.
The 1st/2nd grade Pee Wee teams have a two day a week commitment.
The 3rd to 7th grade teams have a three day a week commitment.
Team dues average $50 per player

Division 1 Colts Travel Football:

Competitive tackle football for 4th to 7th graders
Conditioning begins in mid-July
Teams are formed by invitation only
Any 7th grader invited to play for the Colts will not be eligible to play in the Intra-League.
Teams practice three days a week for two hours each day.
Games are played on Saturday at Murphey Candler or other metro Atlanta park
ACYA supplies game jersey, game pants with pads, shoulder pads, helmet
Team dues average $75 per player

Intra-League Cheerleading:

Recreational cheer program for girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade
No experience necessary
All practices and games are at Murphey Candler Park.
Squads have a two day a week commitment.
There will be one or more squads formed of 4th and 5th grade cheerleaders. These squads will cheer for the 4th grade Intra-League.
Girls will be placed on squads according to their grade in school as of September 1st, 2011. The only exception will be for the child of a coach, if the cheerleader is within one grade level of the squad grade.
Girls in 6th to 7th grade cannot cheer in the Intra-League at this time. If registrants increase in this age group, squads may be formed.
The Intra-League uniform package is $60 and is included in the registration fee.
Cheerleaders will be given a t-shirt and shorts set which is the required uniform for practice.

Division 1 Colt Travel Cheerleading: (Registration is Closed)

Advanced recreational cheer program for girls in 4th through 7th grade.
Cheer for 4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th grade Division 1 Atlanta Colt football teams.
All practices are at Murphey Candler Park. Games are played at local parks throughout metro Atlanta.
The practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday nights for two hours. There will be a Monday practice at the start of the season until games begin.
The squads are limited in size. Once a squad is full, the girls will be placed on a waitlist. All 4th grade girls have the option to cheer in the Intra-League program.

The required uniform package for Colt Cheerleaders costs $225.
