The below ACYA Local Rules govern our Intraleague teams. The North Metro Football League Rules (“NMFL”) found at http://www.northmetrofootball.com govern our Colt travel teams.
To the extent that our Local Rules are silent to a particular issue, then the North Metro Football League (“NMFL”) rules shall govern. To the extent that the NMFL Rules are silent to a particular issue, then the Georgia High School Association (“GHSA”) Rules, as set forth in the GHSA Constitution and By-Laws for the most current year (found at www.ghsa.net), shall govern. To the extent that the GHSA Rules are silent to a particular issue, then the National Federation of State High School Association Football Rules (found at www.nfhs.org) shall govern.

If you decide to withdraw your child from the program, you must request a refund, in writing. Your request must be received by ACYA on or before August 1, 2008. ACYA is not responsible for lost or misdirected USPS mail, email or other forms of mailing. No verbal withdrawals from ACYA will be accepted. Refunds are issued within two weeks of notice of withdrawal – it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to follow-up with the ACYA Treasurer if the refund check is not received by August 20, 2008. No refunds are issued prior to the return of equipment for football players. A $25 withdrawal fee will apply to EACH CHILD withdrawn.
Uniform costs for cheerleaders are non-refundable. The uniforms are purchased directly from the manufacturer and are non-refundable.
