2008 ACYA Cheerleading Season

Murphey Candler has a cheerleading squad for every level starting at age 5 (as of 09/1/08) through age 13. The Pee Wee league is for girls from Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Our Division I travel league is for girls in 3rd grade to 8th grade.

Intra-League (non-traveling squads)

We have individual squads for the teams in our Pee Wee division. These squads consist of cheerleaders from Kindergarten through 2nd grade. We will form each squad with cheerleaders of similar grade levels. New uniforms will be introduced for the 2008 season. The uniform package will cost $40.

Division I (travel)

There will be one cheer squad for each of the Division I travel teams. These squads will consist of kids from 3rd grade to 8th grade. Each squad will be formed with kids of similar grade levels. New uniforms were introduced in 2007. All cheerleaders will need to be fitted for a uniform during the in park registration process. The uniform package will cost $200.
